If we determine you to be a right fit for the position, we will submit you for review to the hiring manager. As the exact interview process is unique to each position, we will communicate next steps for the specific role. We'll be there to provide feedback, offer guidance, and assist you throughout the entire process, from first interview to placement or notice that you did not receive the role. If the latter, we’ll discuss next steps and share other opportunities.

Yes! You can apply for roles with brands that we do not work with. DO NOT apply directly for roles that you’d like to partner with us on. You must inquire with us directly and we will set up interviews with the hiring manager on your behalf.
It varies significantly depending on the role and company’s sense of urgency. On average, Management level roles are 3-8 weeks and Executive level roles can be anywhere from 6-12+ weeks.
This is not our area of focus as we work at a high volume making full-time and contract placements. However, we are passionate about advocating for our network and we carve out time every week to take calls with candidates who are looking for work. We also have referrals for Career Coaches & Resume Writers that we are happy to share upon request.
