2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH THE PEOPLE BRAND?
The hiring timeline depends on the type of role you are looking for and your internal hiring process. We strive to work efficiently without compromising quality, ensuring you find the right candidate in a timely manner. If you have a hard hiring deadline, please communicate this and we will do our best to meet your needs.

4. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
At The People Brand, your satisfaction matters to us. Our placements come with a guarantee period, during which we will provide a replacement if a candidate does not meet your expectations. The specifics of this guarantee will be outlined in the executed service agreement.
5. WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CANDIDATE WE HIRE?
Absolutely! We believe in tailoring our services to fit your unique needs. Whether you're a smaller size business or a startup, we'll work closely with you to create a customized package that aligns with your requirements.
6. I’M A SMALLER BUSINESS. CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE PACKAGE TO WORK FOR US?
Yes, we can! We offer flexible staffing solutions, including finding freelance and temp-to-hire candidates to address your immediate staffing needs.
7. Can you help us find freelance and temp-to-hire candidates?
No. We represent and provide all hiring and support resources for candidates free of charge.
8. AS A CANDIDATE, IS THERE A COST TO USE THE PEOPLE BRAND’S SERVICES?
Once you have found the job(s) you are interested in, please apply directly on our Jobs page. Please have your resume ready to upload.
We will then contact you to schedule an intake call to discuss the opportunity, your background and qualifications, and unlike many recruiters, we share the hiring company and salary range as we pride ourselves on transparency every step of the way.
If we determine you to be a right fit for the position, we will submit you for review to the hiring manager. As the exact interview process is unique to each position, we will communicate next steps for the specific role. We'll be there to provide feedback, offer guidance, and assist you throughout the entire process, from first interview to placement or notice that you did not receive the role. If the latter, we’ll discuss next steps and share other opportunities.
9. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO APPLY FOR ONE OF OUR JOBS?

10. WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER AGENCIES?
Yes! You can apply for roles with brands that we do not work with. DO NOT apply directly for roles that you’d like to partner with us on. You must inquire with us directly and we will set up interviews with the hiring manager on your behalf.
11. Can I apply for jobs independently while using your services?
It varies significantly depending on the role and company’s sense of urgency. On average, Management level roles are 3-8 weeks and Executive level roles can be anywhere from 6-12+ weeks.
12. WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TIMELINE FOR FINDING A JOB THROUGH YOUR AGENCY?
This is not our area of focus as we work at a high volume making full-time and contract placements. However, we are passionate about advocating for our network and we carve out time every week to take calls with candidates who are looking for work. We also have referrals for Career Coaches & Resume Writers that we are happy to share upon request.
13. DO YOU PROVIDE ANY CAREER COUNSELING OR COACHING SERVICES?
We work on roles in all functions at all levels from Retail up to C-Suite.
